Feldenkrais Experiment

Our first class was very interesting as we learn how to use our feelings to create important ideas about the body and how it functions. We initially had to draw the skeleton and the body as we 'knew' it to be.
Later, after a series of exercises feeling our bones on the floor, areas of pain and pressure points we had to draw how we 'FELT' the body to be. This derived very different and quite abstract results, each drawing being very personal to each in the class.

I found this experiment to be a very interesting and rewarding experience, learning to think about the way we perceive objects in different ways.
